Easy to make and substantial. Goes with stews, sauces, and makes good fried crisps.

I'm just one person, but this will only last a couple days. 😋
Easy to whip up, flavorful, and an amazing accompaniment to the faseekh sauce.
And as a delightful by product, some top notch rice-corn-sour dough chips that crisp up on the bottom of the pan!
