Hilo Mur

Ready to enjoy traditional Sudanese drink that is a unique combination of sweet and sour.  During its preparation, Hilo Mur goes through many stages, and it takes about three days to produce. We have simplified the process for you to the point that it is now so simple all you have to do is JUST ADD WATER!

Ingredients: Corn flour, sour dough, hibiscus powder, tamarind powder, dates, ginger, cinnamon, black seed, fenugreek seeds, sugar
